Set within the Washington Park Arboretum, a new open-air shelter is designed as a resource for an innovative nature preschool program.

The Education Shelter provides a covered space for outdoor classes to engage with their surroundings, encouraging exploration and support for the nature-based curriculum.

 
 

The sloped timber roof is supported by splayed posts in 3-directions, giving the structure an organic appearance like the surrounding trees and landscape.
