Following initial upgrades to the site and shell, our team was enlisted to upgrade the interior. Currently used as a community center and rental space, the renovated space now hosts dance and art classes and functions as a gathering space for parties and receptions.

Balancing the refined finishes to accompany the historic masonry with ones that meet the durability standards of Seattle Parks’ standard building materials required careful and thoughtful selection.
