Forest Learning Center

Mount St. Helens, WA

Celebrating the return of the forest at Mount St. Helens, the Forest Learning Center overlooks the Toutle River Valley on a spectacular, exposed promontory.

Salvaged timber was used to create a structure congruent to its environment, one that is both inviting to the public while resisting extreme weather conditions.
